Very cool features that inspire me to spend more time in front of the computer than I already do! It would take practice to actually draw with the tablet like I do with ink on paper, but for coloring the Bamboo tablet fits the bill. The Bambo comes with an installation disk, but I really didn’t have to use it, as it just worked when I plugged it into my MacBook Pro. I got the Bamboo to keep in my laptop bag for when I need to draw on the road. I say this with pride confidence because I love to have things that can travel well. Bambooo you are considering a pen, I think this is a good way to begin. Bamboo makes it easy for users to personalize their bambooo and collaborate with others by providing navigation and communication capabilities not available with typical input devices.
This is an excellent entry level or second tablet at a great price. Very good control for ‘painting’ over precise areas. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used with their permission. The disk does have, however, some very bambol video tutorials and adding the drivers does add some features, so I did ultimately do the installation. The Bamboo Tablet was easy to set up and the video tutorials to get you acclimated were invaluable.

I installed it on my macbook pro and immediately tried it in Photoshop CS3. I was looking for a way to do this faster and more efficiently.

Additionally, Bamboo works in both Mac and PC environments. Pen takes some getting used to as you must move your hand further than with a mouse. Mtr tried to install it anyway and it was kinda working. Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Freedom from paper I’m an amateur drawer and I’ve always had problems with drawing because whenever I made a mistake, I couldn’t just erase it, the paper would be marked and eventually the drawing would look terrible with all the marks.
